Setup steps

    In Gravitask, open Settings → Integrations → Email

  2. 2

    Copy the project-specific email address (one per project)

  3. 3

    Forward or BCC emails to that address; the email becomes a task with the original message in the description

  4. 4

    Replies to comment notifications post back as comments

Are attachments preserved?

Yes. Files are stored against the created task.
